If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. This page explains how that right works for a Mythic Artist subscription and how to use it.
You may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the day it started. Within that window we refund the full amount you paid — we do not deduct anything for the days you used.
The refund can be used once per account. If you subscribe again later, the 14-day refund is no longer available; you can still cancel at any time.
A subscription gives you access straight away, which is why the checkout page asks you to expressly request that the service begin immediately and to confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. That confirmation is required by law before we can start a digital service inside the withdrawal period.
Requesting immediate access does not take away the 14-day refund described above — we still refund in full during that window.
Once the 14 days have passed, payments already made are not refunded. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is charged after that.
Use the withdrawal option on this page while your subscription is still within the 14-day window. We cancel the subscription immediately and refund the payment to the method you used. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Deleting your account is not a withdrawal request and does not produce a refund. If you are within the 14 days and want your money back, request the refund first and delete the account afterwards.
