Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the service.
• You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping it accurate.
• You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your password safe.

Roles on the platform

The service supports different roles:

• User — can browse artists and events and manage their account.
• Artist — with an active subscription, can create a public profile and publish events.
• Manager — invited by an artist, can help manage that artist's events within the permissions the artist grants.

Subscriptions and payments

Artist features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, artist features such as a public profile and event publishing may be suspended.

Prices may change. We will give notice of any change before it applies to you.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the day it started, without giving a reason. Within that window we refund the full amount paid. The refund can be used once per account.

Because a subscription starts immediately, at checkout you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

After the 14 days, payments already made are not refunded; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account is not a withdrawal request and does not produce a refund.

Acceptable use

When using Mythic Artist, you agree not to:

• post illegal, misleading, or infringing content;
• impersonate another person or artist;
• publish false or spam events, or misuse contact links;
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• scrape or collect data from the platform without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (profile, events, images). By posting it, you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of the service.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to publish it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law.

Disclaimers

Mythic Artist is a platform that connects artists, managers, and audiences. We are not the organizer of the events listed and are not responsible for their accuracy, quality, or outcome.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mythic Artist is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last updated date above shows the latest revision; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
